  • Geographic numbers refers to prefixes that depict the geographic area where they terminate. I.E. 011 JHB, 021 CTN, 031 DBN, 041 PE, 051 BLM, etc.
  • Smart Access numbers refers to prefixes that do not depict the geographic area where they terminate. I.E. 0800, 088, 0860, 0861, 0862, 087, 1023, 1026, 10217, etc.
  • These numbers will be billed at the Telkom Geographic Peak rate
  • Mobile numbers refers to prefixes that belong to the GSM Mobile Networks. I.E. 081, 082, 083, 084, etc.
  • Vodacom VoIP numbers refers to prefixes that have been assigned to Vodacom for the purposes of VoIP
  • services. I.E. 087 310 xxxx, and other geographic numbers that be be assigned from time to time.
  • Peak time refers to Monday to Friday, 07H00 to 20H00. All other times are deemed to be OFF Peak.
